Resiliency. A theme that has woven its way through each and every one of our lives, both in business and in terms of just navigating everyday life for the last 18 months. The Covid-19 pandemic caused individuals, families, and most definitely business owners to learn what it means to pivot and push forward despite all the change and uncertainty that has come with it. This is not just a Happy New Year message but a heartfelt thank you to every single one of our customers and clients for their continued support as we continue to navigate these unprecedented times. While life and business have begun to return to some form of normalcy this year, there is still a lot of uncertainty. As we look back at this past year, we cannot help but be so grateful to you, our customers, who have been an integral piece of our personal resiliency.

So much has changed, and you have been with us through it all with unwavering support—from shifting to curbside pick-ups to mask policies and everything in between. As we offer our Happy New Year wishes, we realize that what hasn’t changed is our shared love of all things plants and gardening! If anything, it feels as though it has grown stronger, and we are so excited to see what the coming year will bring us and all of you in your hearts, lives, and gardens.

In addition to the immense gratitude we feel for our customers, we are eternally grateful for the resiliency that our staff has shown through these challenging times. Their dedication, loyalty, and desire to serve our amazing customer base have gone beyond our expectations. It is not always easy to work in a customer-facing business in the current times that we are living in. Still, they have shown up every day and worked through challenges with unbelievable grace, positivity, work ethic, and determination. We could not be where we are today without them, and for that, we most definitely want to extend this heartfelt thank you!
