Wallace’s Garden Center Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in sellable condition (in the original packaging with original tags) for credit or refund to be issued. No damaged (due to misuse) merchandise will be accepted.
Refunds Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Items without a receipt
- Gift Cards
- Annuals, perennials, tropical plants, houseplants or seasonal plants
- Clearance items
- All special order items
- Custom arrangements
- Services (labor, delivery, design, custom potting)
- Halloween merchandise after Oct 20th
- Holiday merchandise after December 10th (Unless with gift receipt)
Manner Of Refund
Returns will be refunded in the following manner:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Credit/Debit Card- Returns paid by credit/debit card will be given credit back on same card used if shown original itemized receipt. Please give 3-5 days for funds to arrive.
- Perished plant returns (meeting the conditions listed in our plant guarantee) will be issued a Merchandise Credit only. No cash refunds or credit card adjustments will be issued on perished plants.
- Cash refunds over $75 will only be refunded by check within 5 business days.
All returns are subject to manager approval.
Wallace’s Garden Center reserves the right to alter or void these policies at any time.
