Bacon Pancakes
  • 12 - Slices of bacon
  • - Enough of your favorite pancake recipe to make 14-18 pancakes
Maple Bourbon Butter
  • 4 tablespoons - Cody Road Maple Bourbon
  • 1 cup - Maple Syrup
  • 16 tablespoons - Butter

  1. Fry the bacon until very crisp. Blot dry on clean paper towels. Chop the bacon into small crumbles.
  2. Make the pancake batter.
  3. Place the batter on a hot greased griddle and sprinkle the bacon bits over the wet side of the pancake. Flip when the bottom is set.
  4. Serve with the Maple Bourbon Butter and syrup.
