Tomato Rose Soup

This smooth tomato soup blends sautéed garlic and onions with basil, cream, and a hint of gin for a cozy yet refined appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • cup Chopped onion
  • 1 ½ tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 qt Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Minced fresh basil
  • cup River Rose Gin
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream


Directions:

1. Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil.
2. Add the tomato paste
3. Add the diced tomatoes and River Rose Gin
4. Stir in the basil and a pinch of salt
