Serve warm strawberries and rhubarb flambéed with vodka over cake or ice cream for a rich, fruity dessert with a spirited finish.

Ingredients 

•  2 cups cleaned and sliced strawberries
•  2 cups cleaned and sliced rhubarb
•  4 tbsp butter
•  ¾ cup sugar
•  ⅓ cup River Pilot Vodka

Directions 

1. Stir the strawberries and rhubarb together with the sugar.
2. In a skillet melt the butter and stir in the strawberry mixture
3. Flambe the mixture with Pilot.
4. Serve over cake or ice cream...or Both!
