INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Head of shredded cabbage 4 small cucumbers
- 2 green or red pepper 1 large red onion 1 bunch radish
- 1/2 bunch celery
- 1 Cup of oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 10-12 Tablespoons sugar
- 1Tablespoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice all veggies and place in a large bowl.
- In a second bowl mix warm water, sugar, and salt, stirring until dissolved.
- Add the vinegar and oil and mix well.
- Pour mixture over vegetables and mix thoroughly, pack into jars tightly, and pour any leftover liquid equally into jars.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat. Will last several weeks in the refrigerator.
