Pickled Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 1 4 oz white vinegar
  • 1 cup Cody Road Bourbon
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions

1. Wearing plastic gloves, wash and slice the jalapenos.
2. Put the sliced peppers into 4 pint jars that have been sterilized in boiling water.
3. In a sauce pan, boil the other ingredients for 5 minutes then pour over the peppers.
