Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 4 oz white vinegar
- 1 cup Cody Road Bourbon
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
1. Wearing plastic gloves, wash and slice the jalapenos.
2. Put the sliced peppers into 4 pint jars that have been sterilized in boiling water.
3. In a sauce pan, boil the other ingredients for 5 minutes then pour over the peppers.
