Mix these two ingredients together to make our deliciously-easy angel food cake lemon bars.
INGREDIENTS:- 22 Ounce Lemon Pie Filling
- 1 Box Angel Food Cake
- Powdered Sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350°
- Mix the pie filling with the angel food cake powder in a bowl.
- This is a thick batter so stir slowly so you don't make a mess.
- Grease your cake pan with shortening.
- Pour the mixed lemon bar batter into the 9X13 pan.
- Bake the lemon bars for about 24-28 minutes, the top of the cake will brown a bit as it gets done.
- Remove and allow to partly cool at least before serving.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
