Big Peach Salsa

Big Peach Salsa


A colorful homemade salsa bursting with fresh flavor and a touch of sweetness in every bite.

Ingredients:

  •  1 whole Medium Red Onion, Minced 
  •  1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced Very Fine 
  •  34 chopped peaches 
  •  1 whole Jalapeño, Seeded And Minced 
  •  4 tbsp Cilantro, Chopped 
  •  Dash of salt 
  •  ¼ cup Big Peach Liqueur 
  •  Juice Of 1 Lime 


Directions: 

  1. Chop the peaches into small pieces and throw them into a bowl with all the other ingredients.
  2. Stir and add a splash of the Big Peach Liqueur.
  3. Taste and add a little more salt and chili powder if needed. 
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips
