Ingredients:
-  1 whole Medium Red Onion, MincedÂ
-  1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced Very FineÂ
-  34 chopped peachesÂ
-  1 whole Jalapeño, Seeded And MincedÂ
-  4 tbsp Cilantro, ChoppedÂ
-  Dash of saltÂ
-  ¼ cup Big Peach LiqueurÂ
-  Juice Of 1 LimeÂ
Directions:Â
- Chop the peaches into small pieces and throw them into a bowl with all the other ingredients.
- Stir and add a splash of the Big Peach Liqueur.
- Taste and add a little more salt and chili powder if needed.Â
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chipsÂ
