Ingredients:
- 1 whole Medium Red Onion, Minced
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced Very Fine
- 34 chopped peaches
- 1 whole Jalapeño, Seeded And Minced
- 4 tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
- Dash of salt
- ¼ cup Big Peach Liqueur
- Juice Of 1 Lime
Directions:
- Chop the peaches into small pieces and throw them into a bowl with all the other ingredients.
- Stir and add a splash of the Big Peach Liqueur.
- Taste and add a little more salt and chili powder if needed.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips
