Antipasto Platter with River Baron Vinaigrette

Create a colorful antipasto platter with salami, fresh mozzarella, vegetables, and olives, finished with a tangy artisan spirit vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  •  Salami
  •  Cherrry Peppers
  •  Cheese Cubes
  •  Artichoke hearts
  •  Cauliflower
  •  Olives
  •  Cherry tomatoes
  •  Fresh Mozzarella

River Baron Artisan Spirit Vinaigrette:

  •  ½ cup white wine vinegar
  •  ½ cup River Baron Artisan Spirit or River Pilot Vodka
  •  1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  •  1 shallot minced
  •  ¼ tsp salt
  •  1 cup great fruity olive oil

Directions

  1. Whisk the vinegar and Vodka with the mustard, shallot and salt.
  2. Slowly whisk in the oil and adjust the salt.
  3. Use on the antipasto platter and serve with fresh Italian bread.
