  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 pound mixed heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1-inch-thick wedges
  1. Whisk together red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, minced shallot, kosher salt, black pepper, and minced garlic cloves.
